Every year I ignore the pals who make resolutions on New Year\u2019s Day. This is because I notice that nobody sticks to the diets, nobody cleans out the garage, and not one guy I know loses weight and keeps it off. I mean, seriously\u2026when you\u2019ve got a wife who makes great chocolate cheesecake and your HDL numbers are good, why bother?<\/span><\/p>\n

But, this year, Sheila nudged me to come up with a list. So here goes:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Play more golf.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Watch more football.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Try fishing.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Go to a scotch tasting.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Find a place to bury the fruitcake we got.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Buy a new putter.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Take a test drive in a Lamborghini.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Have a pint at the new Irish pub.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Go back to Ireland to visit the Emerald Isle cousins. <\/span><\/p>\n

10. Eat more pie.<\/p>\n

There you go, folks. A can\u2019t miss list.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n
