Nobody keeled over when we served it last week, so this one is a keeper.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2\u00a0 12\u201d pizza crusts (Mama Mary\u2019s has thin crisp crusts)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2\/3\u00a0 cup tomato basil pesto <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 Tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 teaspoons Italian seasoning<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">6 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 teaspoons onion powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 yellow squash, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced, about 2 cups<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 zucchini, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced, about 2 cups<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 cups Portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2 teaspoons garlic powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Preparation<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Blend pesto with olive oil.
