Four Fruit Mango Smoothie

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup dark sweet cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup pear juice

Instructions
 

  • Roughly cut mango into one inch chunks and place in blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Drink right away or chill in fridge to drink later in the day.

Notes

The Four Fruit Mango Smoothie is very thick and it might be necessary to stop the blender and stir the mix after each minute.
