Mango Watermelon Smoothie
- 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup chopped watermelon, seedless
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 cup pear juice
Four Fruit Mango Smoothie
- 1 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup dark sweet cherries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pear juice
Instructions work for both smoothies
Roughly cut fruit into one inch chunks before adding to blender.
Add rest of ingredients for your chosen smoothie, and blend until mushy, about 2-3 minutes.
Drink right away or chill in fridge until later.
